Can this be ground for Divorce?

My husband's ex-girlfriend got divorced on the basis of cheating with my Husband (Before our marriage, which I did not know before our marriage). I have also faced several mental and financial harassment from him and his family, since the start of our marriage and also got indirect threats. Can I file a divorce from him based on this?

hi yes you could file for divorce on that ground og harassement physical and mental in competent court and also could claim manitenamce from them if they are not looking after you and also harassrment cases

Yes you can file a divorce on your husband and you also file a case on him harassment and cheating case ...you kindly approach an advocate he will help you in filing a divorce case , along with divorce case file a maintainance case and also cheating an harrasment case on your husband...

yes, definitely you can file for a divorce on the basis of harassment ground and on the grounds of mental harassment and there by u can also a file a cheating case along with divorce for mental pain for these many days and also for threats which are simply another form of domestic violence thereby you can file a divorce accordingly .hope this will be helpful Thank-you.
