Can the permanent gardian change the school of child without notifying

If I have the permanent custody of my child. Can I change her school without notifying my ex. What should I do if school is denying to provide TC.

Dear client, Based on your question, In this case you can write an application to the school authority and mention that you have permanent custody to your child and here no necessary to inform your ex husband regarding transfer of your child school. if school authority not accept this then you can submit an NOC to the school authority. Dear Client, based on your question in this case you can change her school and if the school is denying to provide the TC then with proper documentation of the custody as per stated by the court , which you could provide to the institution then they can grant a TC. 1. if there is any case running in the court or in the police station related to the child, then without informing the court, it is not good to change. 2. in case you change a child, then bring it to the court notice, not your ex 3. Why is the school demanding the tc,adk the sufficient reason and tell them to give it in writing.
