Can Pan card and old form 16 be produced for maintenance

I do not have sufficient salary proofs of my husband But as per his profile in the IT company I know his package. Can I produce an old form 16 which I have of his and his pan card for seeking maintenance.

you may file case with relevant documents mentioning the name of the company in which your husband is working and also his post and make it clear the salary that he would be getting. Court may ask your husband to prove his salary

as u mentioned you want to get Mantinence from your husband and you have no evidence for that you have the profile of ur husband working in a id it company and nothing else there is a provision in the law than even your husband is unemployed then he should fill his wife for her living it is his legal duty to maintain
