Hi,
First file a case of bigamy against her.
Collect all proof in lieu of the same.
Then you may file a divorce case if you feel like..or don't file a divorce case and let her be in trouble .
You will first get Bailable warrants

Please note in divorce with mutual consent, court can not force any party to attend the court on the date fixed. It is purely in between both the parties. If both the parties decide to end their marriage with mutual consent, then both the parties need to be present there.

First of all her second marriage is void she cannot get married with any other person because she is already married and after divorce only she can get married again with that person and for mutual consent divorce both the parties has to present in the court.
