Can my wife still claims for maintenance ?

A couple of years back, I filled a section 9 case and got in favor by ex parte. So my question is can my wife still claims for maintenance ??nnThanks in advance

Yes. Maintenance is every woman’s right. She can claim maintenance whether she live with you or not with reasonable cause.

Yes, your wife can still claim maintenance if she is unable to maintain herself and is Not capable of earning. It is her right. However there are certain factors which court considers while granting maintenance. For that you may connect with better particulars

Yes your wife can still file for maintenance no matter wat until she herself quits or do remarriage after divorce …! Or if she starts working n earns handsome etc ..’ kindly b in touch if u think she can plans any such things
