Can my wife claim my property during divorce case? She is a Govt. Employee and we have no children. She always try to give mental pressure on me .

Maintenance can be sought by wives (including divorced wives), children, and parents in India. However for claiming property there needs to be a legitimate right title interest. Maintenance applies to all religions under Section 125 CrPC and under respective personal laws.

There are various types of cases in matrimonial disputes, but the law itself with the female. But in matrimonial disputes benefit of doubt is always with the wife. There are somany thing to do as a husband. if you can't fight you have to suffer for the rest of your life and it's true. you have to fight for yourself and yes if your wife gives you mental pressure, you can also do the same with her.

Yes u have to pay maintenance but the amount will decided after seeing ur & ur wife’s assets & liabilities by the Ld. Court. But if she is able to maintain herself enough then situations will be different..for more details please contact non WhatsApp or in call
