Nahi itni jaldi kese kharige nahi hoga Kot aapko aur Samay Degi Agar phir bhi wah nahi aati hai to Aapka paksh jaroor majboot Hoga aap one sided divorce file Ke liye haqdaar Ho Jayenge aap ko iska phayda bhi milega Ye karya opposite paksh ke Wada khilafi ko pradarshit Karega

As the name itself makes it very clear its mutual divorce filed under sec 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act , hence the presence of both parties is necessary. So convince your wife to be present for the getting the decree .
Thanks

Yes the case can be dismissed on account non appearances of your wife because it is a proceeding by mutual divorce thus it has to be done mutually one cannot proceeds unilaterally so convince your wife
