Hi,
Need not worry, in this cases you may not execute your second motion. No one can compel you to file the second motion before the Hon'ble Court.

Query perused. Yes you can withdraw your consent for the second motion. Nobody can force or compel you to take divorce decree against your wishes. Once you withdraw your consent for the second motion decree of divorce by way of mutual consent cannot be granted. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
