Can I remarry without a divorce decree

I've left the house on 21st mat,2017. got a divorce deed done on 22nd june,2017. Now I want to remarry and go abroad. Can i get married to somebody other first and then apply for a divorce decree ?
No. you should apply for divorce decree in family court. After divorce you can marry to another guy. File divorce by mutual consent in family court , keep copy of divorce deed. you will get divorce decree from family court. Then you can remarry.

Divorce Deed is not valid legal document. You will require Divorce Decree to marry again or else complaint may be file against you of adultery. Let me know you belong to which city. I practice in Ahmedabad Family Court.

your status is divorcee now. you can marry. and going to any were. if you want to get divorce decree then you may go to the family court in Hindu Marriage Act u/s 13B, mutual consent. the process is process after your second marriage also.
