Can I get the copy of case withdrawal petition of opposite party?

My wife has filed a false case against me claiming that I am impotent. I have proved that I am potent with medical reports with the permission of court . And now the wife withdrew the case. Can I get a copy of the petition they filed to withdraw the case ?. Also a copy of the court order?. I want to know the reason they wrote in the petition to withdraw the case. Normally how long will this take to get all of these copies ?

I understand your questions si now you want to file a divorce case on important ground right so now she only withdraw the same now you are ready to prove you are potent so yes it is possible before court you have to file a application but now your wife only withdraw the case then why you are worry so you want to certified copy from court withdraw order from court yes it is possible to get with in week.

yes you have to file an application for certified copy and pay the court fees and then they will issue you the certified copies of the documents you stated, further normally you will get the documents in one or two days and at the most 7 days, if you require it urgently you have to file for urgent certified copy by paying the urgent fess.

Dear Sir, You will get certified copies within 8-10 days. The Bombay High Court held that if false allegation is made against husband of impotency then husband can file a criminal case against the wife. You can get certified copies and then file defamation case both civil and criminal in nature and teach your wife a lesson on the basis of medical records which you have to establish you are not an impotent.
