If there is a normal wear and tear of the marriage then divorce can not be granted from the court. You need to establish the ground as per law. However due to constant fights and arguments, you wish to proceed for divorce then on the ground of mental cruelty you can seek the same. Mutual divorce can also be sought if both the parties are ready. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks

If there are compatible issues and you both want to be apart and if both of you are agreed then it’s preferable for both of you to opt for mutual divorce because it cost efficient and finished off in maximum of six months. This period of six months can also be reduced. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

that depends on various factors. when did you get married? do you have any child borne out of the marriage? if both the parties agree to getting divorce then you can always opt for going for mutual divorce. for further queries please feel free to contact

Hi Yes, you can file a divorce on the basis irreconcilable differences in the court of law. But that can only be done if you file it a mutual consent divorce. Did you talk to your spouse about it, has she agreed are some of the questions which needs to be dealt first. Thanks
