Well, no Court in a Democratic Country can force a Wife to stay with a Husband, if she herself does not want to live with him. However, to bring her back, you can file a case of Restitution of Conjugal Rights, but, even if the Order goes in your favor by filing such a Case, then too, the Wife cannot be compelled by Court to follow such order and restore her relations with you, if she herself is not interested to pursue a relationship with you.

Yea She is your wife and now you are the 1st person than her parent who has a right to take her back, but her willingness and consent is necesssary, forcefully you can't.
If you want legally appproach to her first send Legal Norice of Conjugal Rights then file a Conjugal Right Petition in Family Court to take her back.

Yes there is definitely provision in law by which you can make application to Court for bringing back your wife to stay with you. You have to file a Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights before the Family Court. You can approach me for the same.

You can file restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of hindutva marraige act
Court will take counselling by summoning her
Even if your inlaws do not bring her to the court of law you need to file police complaint and then move to high court and file writ of habeas corpus
