I consulted a lawyer in Pune about my divorce case, and unfortunately, he misled both my brother and me. He demanded a total payment of 3 lacs, asking for 1 lac to be paid through internet banking and 2 lacs in cash. In a rush, we paid him 85,000. However, within an hour, we realized it was a mistake and suspected he was attempting to launder money. We immediately requested a refund, excluding his consulting charges, but he refused. Now, we're unsure how to approach him to get our money back.

Q: Forged injury reports submitted with charge sheet in court

Sir Police have submitted charge sheet with forged injury reports. I had filed a complaint under sec 340/195 in metropolitan and session court from both court my application got dismissed as my trail is pending. Now what should I do at this stage ? With which section I can appeal to court to file FIR against police for doing forgery.

Q: Case filed in highcourt under crpc 482 for dv case

i have won the interim maintainance in lower and session court. Right now DV and police case both are going on in lower court. My huaband has files a case in highcourt under crpc 482 and section 498a, 34, 406 and 352. Will this only quash the police case or all the case and my interim maintainance. Is this case a appeal against the interim maintainance. Just saw on high court website its in preadmission state and copies not served yet
