Granting of Alimony depends on many factors. I also matters based on the circumstances and the situation of the case. Here he must be having income from his agricultural land and the same shall be considered for granting alimony.

Firstly you need to apply for the maintenance in the court and need to state that he is owning an agricultural land. After passing of the order if your husband does not pays the alimony amount you can ask the court to auction his agricultural land and get the alimony recovered from him through court.
