Sir, it's advisable to contact me to explain your issue in detail. To know exactly what all steps you have taken. Provide your appeal draft. It's advisable to move to HC under crpc 482 to get relief. Feel free to contact me for more information and discussion.

Do seek a detailed legal Consultation from an Advocate having expertise in matrimonial Litigation cases. It is advisable to seek legal assistance and engage a good lawyer for drafting and representing you before the Court. Dont do it yourself unless you have legal knowledge and expertise to do it. Do seek second opinion and proceed accordingly

Yes, you can file an appeal against the rejection of your review application, but it must be done in the Sessions Court under Section 29 of the DV Act. Along with this appeal, you must also file an application for condonation of delay explaining the genuine reasons for the delay (since the matter was already pursued in review proceedings, albeit in the wrong forum). Your draft appeal should be reviewed and refined carefully to address both jurisdictional history and delay. Once corrected, the matter can be argued on maintainability and merit
