Q: can i file appeal on review order of MM court in DV case

i filed appeal on interim order of DV case but due to delay of 60 days session judge time barred it , after that i filed review of the order in mm court now mm court after 2 year decided the review application and dismissed due to wrong session. can i file appeal on the review order ?i have drafted the appeal need advocate who can do the argument over the drafted appeal and do the required correction if required in the appeal. my budged is 2k per hearing

kindly bring all your documents to me then I decided what should you do with that order because there is many limitations to file appeal if you have time to file appeal then I will draft your appeal and argue before the court there is many possibilities in your case

Q: Transferring of property to only one son and leaving other.

After my father's death, my grandfather's flat in Delhi was sold by the family.My mother purchased a new house in Delhi NCR in her name.She wants to transfer this property to me as my elder brother dose not look after her and live separetly with his wife. How can she transfer this property to me? By gift deed or through her will?My brother and his wife have any claim on it and can they legally challenge it in the court?Will it be considered as self-acquired or ancestral property?

First your mother debarred your elder brother in which she Stated that your elder brother have no right in there property after that your mother transfer their property by gift deed only not will because in future WILL deed will be challenged by others but not gift deed I have so many possibilities for you

Mere dada ne 25 saal pehle ek makan ka batwara kiya tha , use becha nahi tha bass mere chote chacha ne kisi se paise lekar sabko 1 lakh rupay baat diye the bhai behno ko , aaj 25 sal bad uss makan ki value 3 se 4 crore ka hain . Main mere dada ki property mein hissa mangne ka adhikari hu. Kyunki makan mere dada dadi ke nam hai.or yadi hoon toh mujhe kya karna hoga , kyunki main kiraye pe rehta hoon , or mere papa ko faalis hai woh chal phir nahi sakte ab?

Q: My wife files fake dowry & DV case against me

My wife filed fake case of dowry, domestic violence with section 9 and 125 for maintenance.But I submitted proof that she is working lady, so then she withdrew 125 maintenance case.I want to know sir still is there any possibility of monthly maintenance i have to pay on basis of DV case?

No do not pay monthly maintenance to your wife give them a divorce if u don't want her and pay one time amount in the court full and final there is many possibilities in your side after that you have to quash FIR in high court

Q: Landlord not returning full security deposit

Is it legal to cut security on the name of repainting the flat, while I'm vacating my flat the landlord has cut the portion of my security deposit on the advise the of the broker who has provided us that flat. Also it was not mentioned in the rent agreement. Is there any legal proceeding to get my money back from the landlord as there were no major wear and tears by tenant. Kindly suggest.

filed a case as per agreement to bring back the security deposit landlord can't cut the deposit money on the name of repainting the flat if was not mentioned in the agreement do not vacate the premises
