Can I file a DVC after 4 years?

I have filed diverse petition in 2018, the MC is getting prolonged and no judgement so far. Can I file a DVC now against my husband as I have all the proofs to prove his cruelty?

Hello as you asked In the above matter. even though yuu filed a divorce case, you can file a case under domanstic violence act but need to convey the judge for delay to file a case .for more details and help contact me

Hi, in this regard,. you can file DV case and also file maintenance case , you should be prove his sufficient source of income and also cruelty against you, you have interest got Divorce then both parties file mutual divorce or not intrest file above mentioned case.

Have you made similar contentions in your divorce petition? What are your grounds for divorce? You can file a domestic violence case separately. Please share more details so I can advice accordingly.
