Can I file a divorce if wife is cheating on me. what need to be done?

I have caught my wife that she is cheating to me. Verbally she accepted and said she will not do this now onwards and will not go ahead in this matter. I have a 12 yrs old daughter and widow mother. I have her what's app chat proof, will this chat proof are useful if I will ask for divorce. She is graduate & having job. How much I will be in loss financially if I will ask a divorce.
