Yes...you can always attend the court proceedings through the VC link mentioned on the summons that you have received. Or you can search for the same on the official website of the concerned court where your matter is pending. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Yes you can attend your cases online subject to permission from the court. In a Divorce petition you might be allowed to appear. through your lawyer and sometimes online as well. However in a 498A case once in a while you can attend online. But you need to appear physically alongwith the Lawyer. Do seek a detailed legal Consultation

yes you can but with court permission through your lawyer with a genuine reason as in some stages physical presence is needed and in the first hearing physical presence is must. VC i.e virtual hearing is not automatic in these cases. so permission is needed but after your first physical presence.

Yes sir, you can. A link will be provided to your advocate for the hearing, ask him to share it with you. Please note at certain times judge may instruct you to be physically available for the hearing. If you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Yes but subject to certain limitations, availability, permission etc. in many courts across India, virtual hearings through video conferencing are permitted, especially after the Supreme Court guidelines post-COVID. However, whether you can attend online depends on the court’s infrastructure, judge's discretion, and case stage. You or your lawyer must file an application or request the court to allow virtual appearance under proper grounds. Check with your local court or lawyer for exact procedure and platform details (like Cisco Webex or Jitsi).
