Can I Apply For Maintenance When In Private Job (BPO)

My husband filed 13a. Can I apply for maintenance if I am private job employee. I also have some proofs which showing that my husband hired some people to call at my company hr and manager and abused them like hell telling them I am a defaulter and hiring defaulter meaning they (my HR and other authorities) are characterless. I filer complaints against it. After filing calls stopped but police inquiry did not named about him (bribe). Please suggest
