As she is staying in her parents house she doesn't require alternate residence, but you can pay maintenance to her as long as the she is away from you. you can tell the court that you are prepared to pay her expense, as she has so find case of domestic violence against you.

Dear Sir, You have every right to withdraw from the mutual divorce process due to the ugly atmosphere created by your mother. You may take a separate house and ask your wife to stay with you. Also request the court to give back your amount towards alimony if any is paid. Oral submissions may not be considered. Get file an application under relevant provision of law and file it.

Hello, yes before the the final order of court any time you can tell that I am ready for the divorce and I signed in family pressure and you have to make sure the same with your advocate otherwise you can hire another lawyer if you have one advocate who is from your wife side.
