Can husband file a case of divorce when living separately

Can u plz help mi in solving my problem I am living in my mom's home from last 4 months can my husband give divorce to me we completed our one year of marriage on 21 april 2018 .actually my husband don't want to stay with me so he sended me here I am confused plz help me
