Q: wife's sister-in-law filed a false case of dowry against the in-laws

Hello I have a case of my wife, My Wife's Bhabhi has made an FIR on all my in laws and my wife also.. For family torturing wich i dont think is my wife's any involvement is there So.. We have a 2months girl child, the child cant stay without a mother.. So can the police arrest my wife?? Wich have a small baby.. What can i do for it? Thank you

Get Protection for your family by taking anticipatory bail since if named in FIR , then there is likelyhood of arrest irrespective of whether your child is small since the complainant would put pressure

Q: What to do if a false case has been filed against me

I have false case filed against me and chargesheet filed as well. In the chargesheet there is statement attached by police of person who don't have any relationship with the crime nor that person was in picture during said incident. I have written a complaint to local police about this and asked them to initiate IPC 182 against him. Did I performed right thing? Now that person is threatening me on phone due to my action. Can I file private complaint against person in case police don't take action against him.

Q: Procedure to file case for cheating by service provider

This is regarding a brokered calls on intraday futures. Research Infotech coordinator called me and offered a service, stating that they will give calls on daily basis. Also assured over call that 80% of the call will get success at first I am not concerned but after few conversations I accepted and as of now totally I have paid 24000 out of 150000 for the service. They have provided calls which is 95% failuer rate where I have lost arround 60000 in 5 days. They have not provided any invoices also for my payment. When I enquired about my loss they told their technical team is not good so we will changing them in a while. Which means they know that they cannot give calls. By knowing that only they have cheated me by fake promises.
