Dear Sir
It being a personal knowledge issue as in preliminary stages Power of Attorney may be ok but during mediation and trial your personal presence is necessary. The courts are not accepting such power of Attorney facility

Hi
as the mater is purely family matter concerning divorce. hence the parties need to be present and moreover the peteion should be presented before the judge and to file an application under 13 of Hindu Marriage act. you cannot file a divorce peteion through general power of attorney in family court.
