Can cruelty divorce be filled within 1 year

I and my wife was married for 7 months, but I was getting continuously mental torture from my wife due to which I attempted to commit suicide by cutting the neck, still marks are visible in neck and at that time so much counseling happened between me and my wife, but still I'm getting continues mental torture and crying everyday daily. nAll laws supporting for the women and i can't do anything. Only two option I found is : 1. Either commit suicide (or) 2. Go for cruelty divorce and fight legally. nCurrently I'm staying very far from my own house due to fear and I'm hopeless. I'm still heavily crying while writing this post.. nnPlease suggest if I can get divorce with this situation explained before 1 year or I have to wait till 1 year of our marriage to be over then file for the divorce!

There is no reason for you to commit suicide. there are ways in law to deal with almost every situationn. In some exceptional cases you can file a divorce case within 1 year. If you can't text me I will tell you other ways also. you trying to cut your on next and mark visible is not a sufficient evidence for cruelty of your wife. what other evidence you have?
