Can chat and some photos with sindoor be an evidence of marriage?

My husband has my chats with my ex boyfriend before marriage where we assumed ourselves as married and called each other husband -wife. Also there are some photos in which there is sindoor applied on my forehead but we were never married. Can my husband divorce me on these evidences?
