Can a women be remarried without divorce under any exceptions

Hi Team, I am a dialysis patient, my wife separated by influence of her brother and family. Less than one month of knowledge of my medical condition their family members and her with 15 members fallen on my family and taken money in alimony worth 10 lakhs. Note did not taken any money as dowry due to respect to law. My question is can she remarried without divorce. Their family members taken signature from me for divorce by threatening me. Is this criminal case or civil case. Can I get my money back and can I file case that I want live with. I am eligible for family life. I am working in software company and I belongs to higher middle class family and my family also higher middle class family. So no problem of financial problems in maintainsnce on both sides. We don’t have physical strength to counter her brother and family .
No your wife can not marry with out taking divorce from appropriate court, you can file cases on them civil and criminal as well as, the main thing is they have threatened you taking divorce, i want to know on which papers you had signed and where you have signed you did not mentioned, so kindly revert back with me all the details so that i can guide you further accordingly, and no need of worrying about their physical strength, the court will look after them once you file case in criminal court.

You can file criminal case against them by taking signature on papers and money by threatening. You can involve all 15 members. You can consult a good lawyer nearby your area.
