Can A Husband Wife Sign A Post Nuptial consensual Agreement? Is It Valid In India? This agreement is required by the wife as the husband demanded for divorce and compensation within 1 year of marriage from her. But if somehow they resolve and decide to stay together again, the wife wants to sign this agreement to safeguard her finances.
Yes husband and wife can have consensual agreement this is not clear as first I want to know that what actually is your question. as your husband demanded divorce with compensation for 1 year first of all I need tk discuss your case
