Also can Husband request for complete log/record of the official chat application from their company server/cloud, so that the deleted chats can be retrieve

By requesting for official communication you would probably invade their right to privacy. You should rather confront them and resolve the issue by asking both your wife and the man in question. As far as proof is concerned you can start creating mail or message record by asking her about the affair. If she denies keep asking and maybe one day she would not be able to deny it .

Hi Good Morning, As you mentioned that wife having affair with his colleague. and she is deleted all the evidences. but yes husband has a right to approach the court for it. only court has power to give the direction to the company for retrieving the messages from the server. and if husband trying ask the hr then hr straight a way reject it. so husband have only rights to prove her affairs using the court only. for more details and querries then contact us and visit our website

Well, if you request a HR to separate your Wife and her Male Colleague from continuing a project side by side, then, your request may be rejected, considering, if you cannot see your wife working with that other person employed by her Employer, then, it is not the concern of the Employer, if your Wife reports a Complaint about her Male Colleague, then, it can create a problem.
