Can a child marriage be considered illegal and can I re-marry?

I had got married(child marriage) when I was just 16 years old to a girl who was 17 years old in Rajasthan forcefully.She did not come to my house immediately.When I was 20 years old, she came and stayed with me for 2 years and then both departed due to incompatibility issues.Since 2014 we are living separately till now. Can I re-marry another girl? Does the relationship I was with that girl for 2 years define a live-in -relationship or would it be defined as a marriage because we weren't majors when we tied a knot ! Will there be any complications if I re-marry? would this be considered as bi-gamy as per law if I marry someone now?
in this situation you married in previous that's already over time it is not illegal if you want to take for first previous cases not gone for the this you want to find it first alredy over time if you want you have to file fersh case in court

Dear Sir,
You have to file family case seeking declaration of such marriage as nujllity and not binding on you and illegal ab initio. Court will declare that marriage as invalid then only you can go for second marriage.

See First of all the child marriage is itself offense and the said marriage cannot be consider as Valid Marriage under Law. AS you informed she is elder then you. When came to your place she is major and you are still minor. Now only 4 years has lapsed.
As you told it may be in the form of Living Relationship. But for this marriage, both of your family member may be convicted. Dont proceed to marry another girl immediately. There are some legal technical methods which cannot be discussed here.
