Hi....if someone proves that there was no question of Dowry, through whatsapp messages, can 498A be quashed ?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as per your section it's a heinous crime as dowry is 3/4 dowry and 498 is domestic violence but whatever allegations she has given in FIR if you have evidence you have to proceed with that as it's the discretion of the court but for husband chances are less but family members can be excluded for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

yes if element of dowry is absent and you can prove before the unable quote by the evidences documentary are in examination cross examination if you can come out some substantial facts that supports dowry was not in question, definitely 498A shall be quashed

yes sure you can file a 482 application in the high court and including all the evidence. court surely can quashed the FIR if court fined there is any discrepancies. or can direct to district court for disposal to shilajit early basis.
