hello..i am working and wife of a colleage has been alleging my affair with her husband for last 10 years though i have tried to convince her several times that it is false even my husband has been involved in convincing her . The husband filed for a divorce petition due to constant harrasment by her and so she has filed case of domestic violence against her husband in women police thana in ghaziabad .ow i have been called for statement in the thana and by their legal mediator .i want to know how to handle it and what are consequence on me.i have not been in contact with the husband for last one year after his wife met me with her grievance i.e first time in 10 years .my husband and i have tried several times to talk to her but she has only harrased us with false allegations and abuses.

as you are saying tht Ur colegue is trying to allegated you for having an affair with her husband .for tht she has also filled a complaint against you and your husband.for tht you are been called by the thana people also in this matter you should file a a criminal defamation case urgently so u are able to defend itself.
