First of all make it clear when marriage was solomnised because if both are residing separately from more than one year then they can apply for mutual divorce and how much alimony has to give or not to give depends on willingness of party.

Hi, In case of divorce by mutual consent marriage is dissolved on mutual terms and conditions of the parties. if both parties are agreed then first decide terms. Generally it takes 6months. Contact local lawyer.
