Bride lied/cheated about age before marriage

HI, I am residing in Toronto now. I got married on FEB-2019 in Hyderabad. I met her through a matrimonial website, where she claimed she is 31. We loved and got married. After marriage (second day) I found her real age is 37(9 years older than me). We got into fight and I came to Canada. I was not sure how to proceed further. I really tried to moving on, but I couldn't accept this fact and I told her clearly, its in the best interest we go separate ways. She is not agreeing and threatening me that she will fight/drag this case to the core and spoil my life. I clearly want a divorce but she is not agreeing. It is difficult for me to run a case in India(Hyderabad) due to my current residing status(Canada). What Can I do now?
I want a divorcee at least within a year , so to move ahead with my life.
I have arya samaj marriage certificate where she given her DOB as 1987(31) years at the time of marriage.
This is the case of matrimonial dispute and you can Appeal to the court for nullifying the marriage as void and both the parties to get separated. hello client if you want divorce with in a year from your wife it is possible.
but for tht you need to have a very expert lawyer of criminal side.
as well so he can handle the things as per requirement of the case.
in fact you will not be required to produce urself in court of india.
