Boyfriend made marriage promise and now seeing another girl

I had a boyfriend who proposed me to marry and now after wasting my 4+ years making me go through sleepless nights, and mental trauma, he's seeing another girl for marriage. He sexted with me multiple times on the promise of marrying me. Our parents know about us that we liked each other. And now all of a sudden he made matrimony profile, approached a girl and they are thinking of marriage. I want to know if I can file a case on him for making me go through mental emotional pain and using me for sexting..and for his fake marriage promise , wasting my 4 years time and I also have proof that he made me deny other guy's proposal meanwhile. Pls let me know if some case can b filed on him. Thanks.

kindly go legal n discuss how to proceed further...This false promise of marriage for obtaining consent for sexual intercourse is considered as misconception of fact within the meaning of Section 90 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. Thus, it is not considered as a valid consent in the eyes of the law and would be charged under Section 375 of the IPC.

yes you can if a person get physical with a girl in fake promises for merriage then the act of the man is unlawful and he is also crime. In such cases girl can file criminal complaint against him under section 376 of ipc. you can file complaint against him in henious crime of rape under section 376 of ipc

First of all, you should talk about the place where your partner has cheated you from the beginning and has created a relationship with you, then you can impose section 376 of IPC against him, if you make a relationship with you by making a mobilized promise. If so, you can file a First Information Report.
