Hello my friend and his wife both are married as per Hindu marriage act and they both hide some facts my friend hide facts like about his job and his wife hide facts about his date of birth now she threatening to file cases against my friend what can he do in this situation

hello client aa i can see your friend issue is veru much complicated it is truth but your friend can also take the route if filling the cases agaiant hus inlaws and wife there are chances tht your ftiemd wife can nit fighg back against your friend cases

if both are not Willing to live together then both can file mutual petition for divorce.... or other Hand your friend can also file rge cases and defend himself against the cases which his wife will file against him

According to law that’s just a criminal offence and not a ground for divorce. If your wife is threatening you then you should first of all write down all your grievances and address it to the nearest police station of your area just in case your wife does anything nasty.
