Biploar Disorder led to infidelity

13-Jun-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I am under medication for panic attacks & anxiety since 2018. In 2020 my husband threatened me with divorce & due to this stress i went into phase of hypomania-Hyperactivity, reckless decisions, high sexual drive ( i have v low drive in normal days) , are the signs of this ailment & my psychiatrist has confirmed the same. In the phase of hypomania i got involved with a man for 1 night just physical acts no sex involved no affair. Does this act under illness count as infidelity in court?

you don't have to get into psycho- medical reasons because doing so will involve expert medical evidence which may require Doctor's presence and cross- examination also. Instead you deny any infidelity involving intercourse and leave it to him to prove it.

Dear Madam, You must deny your infidelity and not to disclose to anybody. Better to stay away from your husband if there is any domestic cruelty and threatening to your life and limb. File few cases like Domestic Violence and 498A of IPC against your husband to take him under your control.

1. court will not consider the relationship unless there is an evidence. 2. court will also consider the complaint and cases filed against you by some other person. 3.court will also consider the mental condition of the person.
