Bigamy After Separation But Before Filing

Can i charge my husband for bigamy if he is in a live in relationship after separation but before being legally divorced. What evidence do i need?

Have any of you filed a divorce petition before court and it is pending? If you have proofs to atleast shake conscience of a human being reflecting that he is in relationship with someone then that can be a ground for divorce.

Yes even after separation you can book him under the provisions of bigamy. But you will need specific evidence regarding to that. Also you can file the same as for mental harassment. You can file Complaint for misappropriation of trust.

hi in this case you cannot proceed to file complaint under section 494(bigamy) as your husband is not married to the other woman. you can file application under domestic violence for the mental torture caused by the said act
