Betrayed by lady and got married. Now I need divorce from her

I Met a lady at my work place, after some days we agreed and met physically by mutual understanding without marriage agreement and anything. After 6 months she called me said wanna meet you wanna talk to you please meet me once. So I went and I was looking at her she was carrying 6 months pregnancy and saying it’s because of me. I asked why didn’t you inform me before and she replied that she was not aware of her pregnancy. After all the fight forcefully we got married but I can’t live widher

hi if you want to get divorce then you could file relevant petition in the court seeking divorce based on the grounds of cruelry or non compatibility or on grounds of desertion and to h grant divorce on grounds of

We can get you a divorce with her and you approach to an advocate he will help you in getting divorce with her and when you are not happy with each other then best thing to apply divorce and when you can't live with her then you apply for divorce

ok sir u can take divorce from her on mutual understanding and also under hindu marriage act and hereby no court allows any couples to live forcibly in a bond of marriage as the either spouse is suffering from trauma of the burden of the marriage so there by there is a chance hope it will be helpful

you can go for divorce through court if you dont want to continue, and an agreement is made or just verbally if made what are the clause etc ,what about child custody as you said she was 6months pregnant .
