Marriage happened 2yrs. My wife and in-laws are money devils, they demanded,threatened for house when I been to see my new born baby girl. So decided to divorce.
Actual issue:
--
1.They been 2 weeks back to PS in Andhra and tried logging 498A on me, PS called and asked us to settle the matter in friendly way.
2. Then my wife and family came up with 2demands.
A. New born baby girl should be taken by me.
B. 50Lacs for her.
3. We said it's beyond my capability, we cant.
4. yesterday we received a call from PS stating, this time 498A, 323, DP 3&4 have been logged on 6people, (mother,father,sister who is in US, brother, cousin brother, my aunty)
5. PLC is on going.
My doubts:

1. What precautions is should take before I appear in PS in andra for these 498?
2.i can't attend every summon in Andhra for this 498. What can I do.
3. What cases I can file against wife, as she has stolen jewellery, threatened for my home, harassed me? Can I file in my home town ? 4.quash 498 ?

Better you can get anticipatory bail before appear police station don't go police station you can file diviorce petition against her on the ground curality and register pcr 420 case they have cheated you

Dear sir It’s Quite Common now a days until and unless one knows the fact it’s difficult and for every problem there is a solution nothing to worry much about it and police doesn’t have much rights over 498 don’t worry much until and unless it is proved hence forth one should prove in the court of laws

Sir, First do one thing, you have to take anticipatert bail for the offence of U/s.498A, 323 of IPC and 3 & 4 DP Act. After obtaining the bail, then you do appear before the police and cooperate with investigation officers. I am suggesting you that, give complaint to state women commission through your mother against your wife and her parents for the domestic harassment, illegal gaining and threatening with manhandling. You better to file MC petition for restitution of conjugal rights so that you can show her mistake that since you are ready to lead nappy marital life but she does not ready, it indicates her mistake in the eyes of law. I am advising you that, plz don't settle the matter in police station, it must be happened before the court only. if you settle the matter before the court, you will be safe and also no problems arose in the future. I am suggesting you that, plz don't give single paice to your wife as compensation, because the court will not award of 50 lakhs as asked by your wife. Move forward for the justice and fight for it.
