Are courts accepting fresh DV cases

My elder sister is going through mental and physical harassment by her husband and in-laws. Now we are planning to file a case against them. Since all the courts are closed due to Covid - 19 pandemic. Can anyone please suggest what all options my sister has so that she can prevail a justice soon? if all courts are closed, then how can we file a case?

Yes DV cases are allowed during lockdown. I have argued various matters during lockdown and shall be arguing one today itself.
She can get all possible recourse and availing justice is prime and absolute

yes ma'am urgent cases of Domestic violence are being filed with the courts and they are also hearing the said matters. In this scenario your sister can file 3 things i.e. one complaint with women cell which later converted into FIR then secondly she cn file a petition for domestic violence a d a petition for maintenance. They will be heard by the court.
