Hi, I am an NRI and would like to apply for a divorce from the country where I am living. May I know can I still apply for a divorce from other country? Do I need to hire a lawyer from India or the country where I am living ? After applying for a divorce if filed in India do I need to file for a GPA is it mandatory?
