Applied for mutual divorce from my husband
27-Sep-2024 (In Divorce Law)
He has sent a marriage resolution notice, i am at my parents place with 6 year old son, he school got disturbed , as it's 30 kms from here to travel, now he is applied for the child custody. What to do for further maintainance of the kid, i will have to make a seperate house near the school and maintain the kid, I am currently unemployed

Dear Madam,
Your husband is supposed to maintain yourself and your child but practically such big amount may not be awarded by the courts. Even the awarded amount towards the maintenance may not be recovered easily. To bring pressure on your husband better to file multiple cases against him and his parents so that either he may agree for giving regular maintenance or take yourself and your child back.
