Application to set aside divorce decree married again

i got a divorce decree in 16/10/2014. after one month he filed a application to set aside divorce decree. in 22 feb 2016. i receive notice from him regarding set aside divorce decree. and my advocate also gave reply regarding this. but i got married in 12 jan 2016. now what can i do. pls help

For this you have to provide the details of his applications which he has for setting aside the decree of divorce, otherwise you also contest the same on the ground of re marriage as no law can force you to contest the same. Now you are living separate life

No need to worry. Your second marriage will not get any effect of this application as you have married after getting the decree of divorce. BUT you need to represent your case in a proper manner. You can show us your files to get proper legal help.

There is no diffulty because you have performed your marriage after passing of limitations period after getting divorced so you should contest the case on merits as well as on the grounds of barr by the period of limitations

Sir/ Madam,
It all depends upon the Court order. Whether the second marriage was performed when the decree of divorce (for the first marriage) was in operation or not. Whether on the application to set aside decree, any stay on decree for divorce was granted or not needs to be seen.

Well this is very.good case and the law says decree passed by the court is decree forever ubtill and unless it is not challenged by the court and clear.law is exparty decree means from the date of knowledge and not for oneontjfrom.the decree one thing is clear you alredy for marriage that can not be cancelled in law can not be cancelled futher you can contact.me for further discussion .and
