Appeal Of Divorce Case which Got Dismissed

Hi, I had applied for mutual consent divorce but it got dismissed in family court. So what is the time limit to appeal? Where should I appeal in family court or city civil court or high court? How much is the lawyer fees for appealing? Can I quash my 498a since it has been agreed in meditation agreement but unfortunately mutual consent divorce got dismissed. Pls reply back asap. This is Hindu Marriage Act.

hi as you told as you told in above matter you can appeal tk the high court and quashing fir also come under the power of high court but have to see petition and order of the court reason for the dismiss. for more details contact me

hi sir/madam, usually mutual divorce case will not be dismissed, need to check the reason with it, if the case is dismissed in family court, you need to file an appeal before high court, for filing appeal and for any legal assistance kindly contact me, thanks
