Anticipatory Bail in Allahabad High court not Lucknow Bench

My Anticipatory bail in 498A got rejected by session court Lucknow. Can I file anticipatory bail in Allahabad High court or have to go to Lucknow High court? My FIR is registered in Lucknow Police station.

Dear Client, you should approach Lucknow High Court for filling Anticipatory Bail just because jurisdiction is come there or You may directly file Criminal Writ petition for quashing of FIR for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case. IF cause of action and FIR in Lucknow or 13 district of Lucknow jurisdiction then you have to approach Lucknow bench of Allahabad High court with rejection of session court anticipatory bail. For more detail contact me Advocate Ranjeet Sonker Allahabad high court

you have to file your anticipatory bail in Lucknow High court itself you cannot try it in Allahabad High court because your jurisdiction fall in Lucknow. if the bail is rejected then don't worry you can always file for the same day bail you appear in the magistrate court surrendering yourself there and you will get bill from the magistrate court itself you don't have to go anywhere else
