Anticipating Fake DV case......

I am going to file child custody case for my child who is living with his mother. My wife is threatening me that she will file DV case(false) against me if I go to court. Do I need to apply for anticipatory bail now itself. Please advice

You cannot go for AB at this time point. If the threat from your wife is in the form of message or similar it's good evidence. Regarding child custody, it is your right and that of your child. False DV case can very well be taken care of. Not to worry. But don't give up your right to interact with your child.

if there is any threat to file a criminal case or a domestic violence case by your wife then you take a precautionary measures otherwise they make some serious allegation against you which it made the first so you may be at least so advocate to stop all this article and unwanted criminal proceedings followed by your wife
