Annulment Or Divorce - 4 month married without physical relation

29-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got married 12th Dec,18. But we have no physical relation till now. I am not comfortable in having any physical relation now. I have told this to the guy before hand that I don't feel like getting married and this is an issue for me, he said at that time that you can take as much time you want to be comfortable. But within 1 month of marriage his family made big issue out of this and he took my whatsapp backup and all. They brought my physical relation part to my family and relatives. And it is so embarrassing now. I do not want to be in this marriage now. Can I get annulment on basis of incapability pf making physical relation from my end? If yes what document proof , do I as a girl have to submit??

Yamini ji though impotency is a ground for annulment but it can be taken by a petitioner against the respondent, which means that if you are filing a petition for annulment, you will have to contend impotency of your husband and not yourself. likewise your impotency can be alleged by your husband in a petition for annulment, if filed by him.
to annul a marriage, you can raise the ground that the marriage was not done as per your consent.

I would suggest that you should file a case of annulment as your marriage is not consummated and further one year is not completed.
We will be able to tell you regarding documents as per the facts and circumstances of case.
