If you want a divorce by mutual consent it will take six months from the date of filing. At least 2. original marriage proofs will be required to be filed in the court along with copies of Aadhar or passport of the parties. And in case of a contested divorce there is no time limit as to how long it's going to take, it all depends on the fighting power of the parties

annulment petition is to be filed within one year of marriage because after one year fraud or force as the case may be ceases to exist in the eyes of law after annulment marital status becomes single.
