Annulment Marriage and Maintance and false representation of baby

Women married to me when her diverse case is pending and not disclosed to me, when I came to know that, immediately she filed false 498A case, from that day onwards i am not with her, now she is claiming that she is pregnent with 20 days of from her periods, how can she prove she is pregnent, i wanted to test as she is claiming its by me. The annulment court case is still pending in court. I will have to do all tests for her and baby(if its really true came by me), how to proceed as she cheated

First of all, your marriage is invalid if the bride's earlier marriage is not dissolved legally. Secondly, you can not be dragged into 498A. Thirdly, she has to prove that she is pregnant with your child. Otherwise, strangely, as per recent judgment of the Supreme Court, her first husband will be the father. You still have the option to file a cheating case in the Court.
